Broiled ribeye steak topped with crispy bacon and caramelized onions, garlic, and jalapeno. The sweetness of the caramelized onions perfectly balanced the hot bite from the jalapeno add in the bacon and medium rare steak—YaYa! YaYa!
Served with: spaghetti squash simply tossed in butter and (freshly cracked) FC—S&P®, and cannellini beans sauteed with olive oil, golden crushed garlic, caramelized onion, and chopped perfectly ripened sundried tomatoes. Not only pleasing to the eye, but each bite combination was a perfect bite!
A very delicious Autumn Harvest dinner! I went with my favorite Pinot Noir from Castle Rock…

I had a wonderful dinner tonight, but unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures. The flavors were like a picture in my mind and so good together! Again, simplicity plays such a big role.
Roasted chicken breast with natural juices with spaghetti squash simply tossed in butter and (freshly cracked) FC—S&P, and cannellini beans sauteed with olive oil, golden crushed garlic, caramelized onion, crispy bacon, and chopped perfectly ripened sundried tomatoes—OHhh MY, was it super fantastic!
“What do you mean where is the recipe?”
“Waah wah wah wah waaah?”
“*blink. blink.* —It’s right there for the gods sake! Do I have to do everything for you?”
* * *
Now go and DO! (and no, you don’t get any pictures to work from this time—picture it in your mind!

I needed to add a couple more scents to the bacon and coffee to feel a little closer to heaven—to really get this morning roaring!
How about a egg-O-muffin—over-HARD-wrecked egg with S&P, crispy bacon, luscious guacamole, on the toasted nooks and crannies of a Thomas’s E on a paper plate!
Feeling good about life in general!

It really doesn’t get better than good ingredients!
Fresh salmon fillet and asparagus—that’s it, okay, Fresh cracked S&P and olive oil, but that’s it! I did sprinkle a little Parmesan on the asparagus…
Broiled together and done at the same time! I’m sorry flavor/effort ratio was off the charts!
The salmon was so moist, so fresh, so not fishy flavored—like butta! The asparagus was nutty, al dente and a super compliment to the salmon. Washed down with a Sauvignon Blanc from KJ—oh my! Fantastic!
Sooooo Goooood!
