Cage Match! Surf versus Turf!

Surf and Turf Twist
Okay, in this corner weighing at U-15, we have some beautiful plump prawn sauteed in a garlic, chopped sun dried tomatoes, olive oil, finely pureed basil, freshly cracked S&P, a sprinkle of crushed red pepper, and a splash of wine.
And in the other corner weighing at 5 oz, we have a finely dressed, handsome cake of beef tenderloin powdered with fresh S&P, sauteed in a fine brunoise of onion and olive oil and finished in the oven and top hatted with a slab of Cambozola cheese.
Standing in the middle separating the two was a melange of onions, carrots, garlic, and asparagus…
Objectively observing outside the ring a very fine pinot noir that went better than well with each bite—and I do mean OUCH!
I cannot lie, both were an orgasmic experience in gastronomical ecstasy, but one hit a higher plane in the main event!
and the winner in this royal battle is—
Shrimp in garlic, sundried tomato, and basil sauce!
(…but why choose when you can have both???)
