Friday Night Comfort Food

Tonight from my perch on the floor—it’s a long story…

Smoked ham steak broiled with a honey mustard and maple syrup glaze and served with a new concoction that I JUST LOVE—lentil chili with carrots, celery, green peppers, barley, and my secret chili ingredient—dark unsweetened chocolate.

The lentil chili was inspired from some colleagues that are vegetarian’s—OMG was it good!
