Spicy Honey Mustard encrusted Salmon with Dill
Oh man, this was good! Served with some steamed asparagus and a grape tomato salad—very nice!

Ingredients:
- Salmon—skin on
- Butter
- Spicy honey mustard
- Olive oil
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- Freshly grated S&P
- Dill
- Breadcrumbs
Now, go and Do!

Note to self: Do not EVER read iChef’s blog at 5:30 pm when there’s no hope of going to the market and dinner is shaping up to be leftovers from last night’s less than stellar meal. I want that salmon. Badly. *sigh*
